It's always a pleasure to return to this traditional restaurant for a nice meal in this historic place with its unique and relaxed atmosphere. In this place you meet a good mix of locals and visitors from abroad.
Fresh product from the day market ❤️❤️ delicious , nutritious and beautiful presentation ❤️ the only reason that I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered a coffee with a bit of milk and the waiter told us they have no milk anymore… well it’s a bit weird to run out of milk and normally a restaurant will take care of it and get some before that happens, anyway everything else was really good. Cozy charming environment in the middle of the Niederdorf is the big + of this historic restaurant. You can eat typical zurcher food, but I find the menu a bit short. Food was good, so was the service.
Great restaurant for traditional Swiss food with a modern twist. While there are many highlights on the menu the „Züri Gschnetzelts mit Rösti“ beats them all!!
Wonderful place where to drink wine or alcoholics (but not beer), more than 200 years old, with a long story of a special challenge: very hard, but the engraving on the wall proves it's not impossible. Very friendly, and only for friendly people.
The vibe was really nice, the menu, the story and everything, but the food was too salty. Way too salty. (I've only been there once)
A historical experience backed with great food and a wine list with some gems. Lovely service in a space that is amazing
Cool atmosphere and really enjoyable experience. The best Zürich Geschnetzeltes we've ever had.
